Free Shipping in the U.S.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide to 195 countries.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package has shipped, Filmmaking Accessories is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@filmmakingaccessories.com with supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

Order Cancellations & Refunds After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded until it is returned to us in accordance with our Refund Policy.
