Refund Policy – Filmmaking Accessories

At FilmmakingAccessories.com, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a straightforward and transparent refund policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. Please read the following carefully to understand our return and refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• You must first request a return authorization by emailing us at contact@filmmakingaccessories.com and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Custom or personalized items
• Digital products or downloadables
• Final sale or clearance items (clearly noted on product pages)

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Email us at contact@filmmakingaccessories.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and RMA# if your return is eligible.
3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your RMA# and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders are automatically processed and sent for fulfillment shortly after being placed. We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, you may use our standard return process once the item arrives.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Refused or unclaimed packages returned to us will incur:

• A 20% restocking fee
• Deduction of original shipping costs from your refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@filmmakingaccessories.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at contact@filmmakingaccessories.com.
