Follow Focus F50: SmallRig Follow Focus F50 is designed for precise and convenient control of the lens focus during video shooting. The F50 Follow Focus features a clever design with adjustable rotational play to minimize focus backlash, providing a zero-backlash focusing experience.
Dynamic Damping Adjustment: One key lever for setting infinite damping, with a dynamic damping adjustment range of 0.3kgf-1.0kgf, meeting your habits and comfort requirements for different damping levels of lenses.
Quick Release and Fixation: Supports 2 step switch for fixing and releasing AB stop points, supporting 360-degree quick pulling for lens zoom. It meets the requirement of 360 infinite zoom and easy to switch between AB focal length and full focal length.
Dual Drive Focus: The F50 Follow Focus can directly drive the focusing of mirrorless lenses by rotating with silicone gears (ID:3852). The follow focus wheel also uses silicone material, which is compact, sweat-proof, and non-slip.
Switch to Different Scenes: The F50 Follow Focus is fixed on the left side and top of the lens through a Φ15mm rod and a single-hole rod clamp (ID:1549). The installation angle of the follow focus is freely adjustable, and it can be modularly disassembled, providing precise control and convenient shooting experience for handheld, tripod, and other scenarios.
Notes: 1. Please ensure that the silicone gear fits tightly with the lens ring. If there is slippage when using a zoom lens with high damping, check if the silicone gear and the lens fitting position are loose; 2. The silicone gear is only suitable for DSLR/mirrorless lenses. When using cinema lenses, remove the silicone gear and switch to gear drive.
