 Why does the pan and tilt feel stiff the first time I use the AM-MT02 camera monitor mount? 
  
 
 The AM-MT02 features adjustable tension for both pan and tilt. You can use the included Allen wrench to fine-tune the tension to your preferred feel; It's an industry-unique feature for personalized operation. 
 
 
 
  
 How do I choose the right mounting base? What type of interface does this model use? 
  
 
 Please select the interface based on your setup. If you plan to mount the monitor mount via a 3/8“-16 threaded hole on a cage or other accessories, choose the AM-MT02. If your equipment has a cold shoe, we recommend the SIRUI AM-MT01. 
 
 
 
  
 How is the load capacity? My monitor is quite large and heavy.

 What are the major improvements in this upgraded version? 
  
 
 The 1/4"-20 mounting screw and the upper locking knob are now integrated into a single unit, eliminating the issue of the knob coming off. Please note that it is normal for the upper knob to feel slightly loose when the monitor is not yet mounted.
